This luxury watch of Jaeger LeCoultre is a good example. Perpetual Calendar in a two-body 18k yellow gold case. Housed with manufacture caliber 889/1/440 rhodium plated , 277 parts. A monometallic balance that’s adjusted to temperature and 6 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring, 21k rotor. Impressive!
All technical facts aside, this Odysseus is caresses the eye. Look at the dial with 18k applied batons markers and hands. The moonphase , indicator , happens a lot but is all balanced.
