The weight of the thick 40mm watch case really does give you the feeling you are wearing a serious divers watch, but with the brushed metal bracelet, the overall design feels very balanced and comfortable on the wrist. The aluminum bezel insert doesn’t catch the eye as the ceramics do. It still feels like a tool watch.

This reference of the sea-dweller is the evolution of the well-known triple six. This is the first sea dweller with the glossy black dial and solid end links, which makes it more of a modern Rolex watch than a vintage one.
