Rolex Yachtmaster Ref. 168622 B+P

Rolex does not come soon with a new design. This is evident from their history, sometimes there are tens of years in between before a new design actually goes into production, in 1992 this was the Yacht-Master. There is a story that in the early 80s Rolex wanted to renew the classic Submariner. But yes, that was a big guess that people didn’t dare to take. Fortunately, otherwise, this iconic watch would have become very different. This would have led to the development of the Yacht-Master. If you look at the appearance of the two you will see many similarities.

The watch that we show you here is from around 1990 and comes with the original box and papers.

A sporty-chic watch, a so-called midsize, with a diameter of 35 mm. The silver-gray dial is surrounded by a platinum rotating bezel. The Oysterband has the well-known folding clasp with extra protection. In short, an elegant ladies watch with a sporty twist.
