Rolex Oyster Precision lady

A cool vintage piece for the ladies.

This lady’s size Rolex is a little beauty. The size, 22mm. is one of the smallest watches Rolex made with an oyster case, an elegant size for any women’s wrist. The decentralized second’s hand is a feature seen very little on Rolex watches and in such a small watch it looks cool and interesting. Watches of this size often don’t have any complications.

The dagger or dauphine hands in this watch are original and appropriate for the time period in which this watch was produced. in the early 1960s the straight baton hands were applied throughout the Rolex collection, just like the straight hour markers replaced the ‘cathedral’-style markers which this watch still has too. This little watch still has the loved gimmicks what most 1950s Rolex watches are known for.

The dial has transitioned into a creamy colour and radium dots on the end of the hour markers have turned into a dark orange colour. Lots of detail in the little face of this watch. Visit our store in the Reestraat and check it out.
