Rolex Oyster Perpetual Ref.114300 Full set

Recently discontinued, highly sought-after, extremely pretty. That is the “grape” 114300 Oyster Perpetual in 39mm.

This is one of those near-perfect watches. A quintessential classical Rolex design in a timeless execution. Sized at 39mm, this OP is a little more contemporary-looking than most of our Datejusts, Dates and OP’s. But under 40mm’s it is still an elegant and versatile size. It is a true modern sweetspot, dressy enough for the office, rugged enough for the weekends.

The 114300 is filled with modern Rolex tech. From the extra corrosion-resistant 904L steel, to the anti-magnetic Parachrom hairspring. It is deceptively simple, with its time-only layout, but a real beast under the hood.

To the community’s surprise, Rolex discontinued the 39mm OP’s in 2020, in favor of a new 41mm model. To our liking, that is a little too big. The 39’s have instantly shot up in value. Having been made only five years, we are confident this is a future classic.
