Since the 1830s Patek is a name to be reckoned with in the watch industry and today the brand is definitely among the best and most exclusive of them all, and one of the three of the Holy Trinity manufacturers.

In a difficult time for the Swiss watch industry, some iconic models were born. Due to the quartz crisis, Swiss brands came up with different strategies to keep their business successful. Some felt the urge to form a conglomerate and help each other, where others thought that a new luxurious sports model could help them through a difficult time. A man named Gerald Genta played an interesting role in this time period. In 1972 he designed the Royal Oak for Audemars Piguet, which was an instant success. Patek didn’t want to miss the train in this new watch trend, and so they struck a deal with again, designer Gerald Genta. He designed the Nautilus, a luxury ‘divers’ watch and this model have become the most popular and desired model since its introduction.

In the beginning, there was just a relatively big men’s model in stainless steel. Later on, smaller versions emerged on the market, also with the option for precious metals. The model we’re offering is the smallest size of the collection, with a diameter of 27 mm. this watch is destined to a woman’s wrist and elegant for any occasion. This piece has entirely been produced out of 18k gold and is equipped with a matte black dial.

The condition of this was is mint, the bracelet is like new and the dial is spotless. The watch just got a full service by Patek Philippe, the service papers are available next to the international warranty that comes with it.
