Return Policy Online Purchases

While we are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you will need to follow the instructions set out below.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your contract or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the products. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is received by you or your nominated recipient. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made or personalized goods.

The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the product to us in accordance with the below instructions. Send an email to info@awco.nl with a detailed description of the products you want to return, the reason for your return and your order number.

You will need to pay the return postage. We recommend you to use a tracked mail system and retain the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the number of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. In any case, you must return the products to us in their original and undamaged condition.

Any products returned must be in their original condition and packaging. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them or make a deduction from the refund. As long as any products you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. We will notify you by e-mail when your parcel is received.

Exchange

If you want to exchange an item, please inform us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@awco.nl. Let us know your order number, which item(s) you would like to exchange and which alternative item(s) you have selected. Also, if any additional payment needs to be taken, please take care of this.

Upon receiving our confirmation, within 14 days of receipt of the products by you, send the products you wish to exchange along with the delivery note to the following address:
