This golden dial is not finished with the typical sunburst radial brushing. This one is vertically brushed, resulting in a beautiful reflective surface. It is a rare and extremely attractive variation on a more common theme.  
This Datejust dates back the early 90s, meaning this is the first generation to be fitted with a sapphire crystal. It is a bit of a transitional generation, with a very vintage-looking case and bracelet, but a very modern dial. The black dial is adorned by applied Roman numerals. Something typical for more modern Datejust versions. It provides the watch with a luxurious, formal aesthetic. If you love the look, this is a perfect watch. The condition is absolutely stunning.
